1. Who is responsible?
Gilderaad Fiscaal Advies & Boekhouding
Dutch Chamber of Commerce number: 42065771
Business address: Kerkrade, Nederland
Use the dedicated privacy request form at the bottom of this page to ask a privacy question or exercise a right.
2. What data do we process?
A general enquiry may include the selected role, name, email address, phone number, organisation or club, subject, preferred language and message. A club enquiry may also include a role title, required position, age category and competition or country. A privacy request asks only for a name, email address and the request itself.
To limit excessive use, the connection address is converted into a derived code using a temporary server key and used briefly in server memory. The IP address, derived code, browser identifier and referring page are not stored with the submission.
Do not send identity documents, contracts, medical information or other sensitive data through an initial form.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use form information to understand the question, deliver the enquiry or privacy request securely, prevent misuse and enable an appropriate next step where applicable. The legal basis depends on the request and may be steps taken at your request before a possible agreement, a legal obligation, or a legitimate interest in secure business communication. A form submission does not create an engagement or representation relationship.
5. Retention
The local storage file in the development and test environment has a technically enforced maximum retention period of twelve months from receipt. The server deletes expired submissions at startup and then daily. Before publication, the retention and deletion process applying at any configured processor must be verified. Contractual or statutory records may subsequently be subject to a different applicable retention period.
The temporary data used to limit excessive requests exists only briefly in server memory and disappears no later than a restart.
6. Outside the EEA
The processing location of any configured form processor is stated above. If information is processed outside the European Economic Area, the applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards must be recorded before launch and specified in this notice.
7. Your rights
Where applicable, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability and object to processing. Use the minimal form at the bottom of this page. We may ask for additional information only where proportionately necessary to verify your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority.
8. Security and changes
The website validates form data on the server, uses an invisible anti-spam field, limits request size and repeated submissions, and rejects delivery when the secure route cannot confirm it. This notice is updated when suppliers, data flows or retention periods change materially.
